Patient preparation guidelines
- Bring a valid national ID or birth certificate (for children).
- Bring any previous medical records, prescriptions, or your MCH booklet.
- For laboratory tests such as fasting blood sugar, ask our staff in advance whether fasting is required.
- Arrive a little early for your first visit so our reception team can register you.

- Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other patients.
- Follow guidance from nursing staff regarding visiting times during infection-control periods.
- Children visiting patients should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Do I need an appointment to be seen?
Walk-ins are always welcome for outpatient and emergency care. For maternity check-ups, dental, or optical services, calling ahead helps us prepare and reduces your waiting time.
What insurance do you accept?

What should I bring to my first antenatal visit?
Bring your national ID, any previous medical records, and your MCH (Mother and Child Health) booklet if you have one from a previous pregnancy.
Can family members stay with a patient overnight?
One accompanying person is generally permitted per patient in the general and maternity wards, subject to space and the clinical team's guidance. Please check in at reception on arrival.
How do I get my laboratory results?
Most routine results are ready the same day. Your clinician will explain your results in person during your follow-up consultation.
